Ripples in Time is an interactive, human-scale clock that makes time and movement perceptible through light. Twelve luminous pillars, each seven feet tall, mark the passing of hours, minutes and seconds. As they move through the installation, visitors can send colourful ripples across the pillars, creating new patterns.
Ripples in Time was created for Lumière, a light festival at Trillium Park, on the shores of Lake Ontario.
